Mount Buller and Mount Stirling

Mount Buller is located 230 kilometres to the north east of Melbourne. Mount Buller now has an extensive range of downhill and cross country MTB options available. These are available in the non winter months and are supported by the Horse Hill chair lift on an irregular basis as well as the Mirimbah bus shuttle which provides large altitude gains to the resort allowing larger circuits to be undertaken. Recently Stonefly has been added to the mix of trails and heads out to Mount Stirling and more trails are being planned to further increase the experience.

I have only ridden a few of the trails down towards the Howqua Gap area and I have included videos and descriptions of these and will further add to them when I get a chance to get up there

Mount Buller Resort has recently issued a great new trail map with the completion of Stonefly which shows the resort area as well as the outer trails such as Stonefly, Klingsporn, etc.
